Abstract

The traditional information service model hinders the special service system from meeting the requirements in future. Therefore, a Symmetrical and Active Service Model (SASM) is proposed in the paper. As an example, Contents Service Platforms (CSP), which is based on the SASM and Grid technique, is presented to provide future car life with stage of symmetrical and active services. Two important abilities of the ClubSite that acts as the service information center in the CSP -“active discovery of potential demand” and “active promotion of service” - are described.
