Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die induktive Statistik beschäftigt sich mit Vorgängen, deren Ausgänge nicht mit Gewißheit vorausgesagt werden können. So läßt sich z.B. nicht mit Sicherheit sagen, ob es morgen regnet oder die Sonne scheint, ob die Fußballmannschaft A oder B gewinnt oder ob ein Kunde eine Bestellung aufgeben wird oder nicht. Man spricht in derartigen Situationen von Zufallsvorgängen.
