Abstract

Zusammenfassung Was ist Risiko? Welche Quellen hat Risiko und wie lässt es sich systematisieren? Was bedeutet Risikomanagement? Wie kann man Risiko messen, zählen, wägen? Welche Risiken sind für ein Unternehmen von Bedeutung? Ist Risiko eine strategische Frage? Oder ist Risikomanagement nur eine Sammlung von „Techniken“ operativer Natur? Ist mein Unternehmen ein Risiko für andere? Und wenn ja, hat dies Rückwirkungen? Wie können diese Rückwirkungen abgeschätzt werden? Und wie werden sie gesteuert?
