Abstract

Zusammenfassung Sind Sie mit Ihrem Leben, so wie es ist, zufrieden, oder wünschen Sie sich, irgendwo ein anderes Leben zu führen, an einem anderen Ort zu sein. Vielleicht träumen Sie gerade davon, dieses Buch unter Palmen an einem Sandstrand zu lesen. Obwohl auch Tagträume in gewissem Umfang ihre Berechtigung haben, sollten Sie versuchen, im Hier und Jetzt zu leben und bewußt Ihre gegebene Situation zu akzeptieren. Denn in Ihren Träumen können Sie nicht leben. Zehn Steine können Ihnen dabei helfen.
