Abstract

Zusammenfassung Grundsätzlich stehen uns drei Alternativen zur Verfügung, wie wir mit unliebsamen Dingen, Menschen oder Situationen umgehen können. Wir können versuchen, doch noch unser Herz für sie zu entdecken (love it), wir können uns aber auch aus dem Staub machen, und den Sonnenschein woanders suchen (leave it), oder wir können versuchen, die gegebenen Umstände zu unserer Zufriedenheit zu ändern (change it).
