Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der entscheidende Schritt bei Problemlösungsprozessen erfolgt gleich zu Beginn, wenn Sie sich den Kopf darüber zerbrechen, wie Sie bloß zu einer Lösung kommen könnten. Denn zu diesem Zeitpunkt ziehen Sie gewissermaßen einen Rahmen auf, in dem Sie die Lösung zu Ihrem Problem suchen werden. Sie legen den Suchraum fest. Sie sind zum Beispiel unzufrieden mit Ihrer beruflichen Situation. Sie überigen sich dann ganz konkret, was Sie an Ihrem Arbeitsplatz ändern könnten, um wieder jeden Morgen mit einem Glücksgefühl das Büro betreten zu können. Der Rahmen, den Sie aufgezogen haben, entspricht also weitgehend Ihrer aktuellen Situation.
