Abstract

Zusammenfassung Haben Sie auch bei manchen Gesprächen das Gefühl, daß Ihr Gesprächspartner Sie einfach nicht verstehen will? Zum Beispiel ein Kunde in einem Akquisitionsgespräch, der immer Zustimmung signalisiert zu dem, was Sie sagen, und in der Abschlußphase den Inhalt Ihrer Worte doch völlig anders wiedergibt. Ursache hierfür ist, daß unser Sprachverstehen konstruktiv ist. Das heißt, wir nehmen einen bestimmten Input auf und integrieren ihn in unsere Wissensstrukturen. Input plus Wissensstrukturen zusammen ergeben erst die Bedeutung dessen, was gesagt wird, und die Wissenstrukturen, die Gedächtnisinhalte, die beim Sprechen aktiviert werden, sehen eben bei jedem anders aus.
