Abstract

Zusammenfassung Moderatoren haben in Meetings die vielfältigsten Aufgaben. Sie müssen darauf achten, daß die Agenda und der Terminplan eingehalten werden. Sie müssen zwischen unterschiedlichen Charakteren vermitteln und beispielsweise darauf achten, daß der etwas zurückhaltendere Leiter der Forschungsabteilung nicht vom Marketingchef in Grund und Boden gequasselt wird. Ihre wichtigste Aufgabe ist es aber, unterschiedliche Meinungen so zu verbinden, daß schließlich alle zu dem Ergebnis ja sagen können. Das Ergebnis einer vom Moderator gesteuerten Argumentation wird in den meisten Fällen keiner der einzelnen Meinungen gleichen.
