Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ein Kunde erwirbt bei Ihnen eine verfahrenstechnische Anlage. Die Freude über den Abschluß ist auf beiden Seiten groß. Sie machen ein riesiges Geschäft, und Ihr Kunde kann seinen gesamten Produktionsprozeß modernisieren. Doch die Freude währt nur kurze Zeit. Schon nach einem Monat wird die Anlage reklamiert. Die Ventile sind angeblich für den entstehenden Druck zu schwach ausgelegt und öffnen sich zu früh.
