Abstract

Zusammenfassung Gute Teams sind in der Regel aus Mitgliedern mit verschiedenen Kompetenzen und Charakteren zusammengesetzt. Sie sind heterogen. In einem Team, das für ein bestimmtes Produkt ein Marketingkonzept entwickeln muß, sitzt neben dem Marketingreferenten ein Kollege aus der Produktionsabteilung und eine Kollegin, die das Finanzmanagement im Auge behalten soll. Neben der temperamentvollen Managerin sitzt ein eher bedächtiger Kostenrechner und so weiter. Neben den sehr positivien Synergieeffekten führt diese Heterogenität auch zu einem Problem: Die einzelnen Teilnehmer gehen mit unterschiedlichem Tempo und unterschiedlicher Intensität zur Sache. Wahrend die eine sofort erste Ideen umsetzen möchte, will der zweite zuerst einmal ein ausführliches Konzept erarbeiten, und der dritte besteht darauf, zuerst einmal einen eindeutigen Konsens hinsichtlich der Ziele herzustellen. Für einen Projektmanager kein leichter Job.
