Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Fähigkeit von Unternehmen, verschiedene Subkulturen managen zu können, gewinnt zunehmend an Bedeutung. Eine monolithische Unternehmensidentität, die durch eine homogene Kultur geprägt ist, muß im Hinblick auf die Schnelligkeit der Marktprozesse und die Vielfalt der Marktsegmente kritisch hinterfragt werden. Auch im Bereich der Unternehmenskultur muß sich ein Unternehmen am Chaosrand bewegen. Nur so ist ein flexibles Agieren im Markt möglich, ohne daß die Identität des Unternehmens verlorengeht.
