Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Benutzung automatisierter Systeme hat heute nahezu alle Arbeits- und Lebensbereiche durchdrungen. Diese Systeme besitzen eine hohe Komplexität, d.h. im Wesentlichen, dass ihre zahlreichen Systemkomponenten hochgradig vernetzt sind und das Systemverhalten dynamisch und für den Nutzer teilweise nicht transparent ist. Dabei weisen die modernen Maschinen- und Prozesssteuerungen, begründet in der Leistungsvielfalt entsprechender Hard- und Software, bereits heute eine außerordentliche und in den nächsten Jahren wohl weiter steigende Funktionalität auf. Mit der steigenden Funktionalität wächst wiederum die Komplexität der Bedieneinheiten, die für eine effiziente und effektive Kopplung zwischen technischem System und Arbeitspersonen in der Arbeitstätigkeit eingesetzt werden.
