Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das traditionelle und noch immer gewichtigste Anwendungsfeld für Szenarien ist die strategische Planung von Unternehmen und Geschäftsbereichen. Der dazu notwendige Prozess der szenariogestützten Strategieentwicklung beinhaltet fünf grundsätzliche Schritte, die in Abbildung 1 dargestellt sind (Fink, Schlake, Siebe, 2001).
