Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Exponentialfunktion, welche sich durch die homogene lineare Differentialgleichung erster Ordnung: d y d z = y $$\tfrac{{dy}} {{dz}} = y$$ definieren lässt, besitzt merkwürdige arithmetische Eigenschaften, deren Untersuchung in den bekannten Arbeiten von Hermite2) begonnen und neuerdings von Herrn Lindemann3) mit grossem Erfolge weitergeführt worden ist.
