Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die nachfolgenden Untersuchungen habe ich im Februar des Jahres 1881 angestellt, angeregt durch die Arbeiten der Herren Schwarz und Klein1). Bei dem grossen Interesse, welches die Funktionen einer Variabein mit linearen Transformationen in sich durch die neuerdings veröffentlichten, wichtigen Resultate der Herren Poincaré und Klein2) erlangt haben, nehme ich keinen Anstand, meine damaligen Aufzeichnungen heute noch zu veröffentlichen, zumal Herr Rausenberger — wie ich durch gütige Mitteilung des Herrn Klein erfahre — neuerdings Untersuchungen abgeschlossen hat, die mit den meinigen mannigfaltige Berührungspunkte darbieten3).
