Abstract

Zusammenfassung In einer Note, welche in den Göttinger Nachrichten vom 21. November 1883 veröffentlicht ist, habe ich gezeigt, wie die von Herrn Klein sogenannten Modularkorrespondenzen mit Hilfe der v-Funktionen mehrerer Veränderlichen analytisch dargestellt werden können1). Seither habe ich mein Augenmerk namentlich auf die Verwendung dieser Entwicklungen zur Aufstellung von Klassenzahlrelationen gerichtet. Ein Teil meiner diesbezüglichen Untersuchungen bildet den Inhalt einer in den Mathematischen Annalen (Bd. 25) demnächst erscheinenden Abhandlung2), in welcher ausser allgemeinen Ansätzen insbesondere die Ableitung der Klassenzahlrelationen der 7. Stufe enthalten ist. Im Nachstehenden erlaube ich mir nun die Endresultate mitzuteilen, zu welchen mich die analogen Untersuchungen für die 11. Stufe geführt haben; die Beweise der betr. Formeln hoffe ich demnächst andern Orts ausführlich darlegen zu können.
