Abstract

Internal communication and employee feedback are vital for the success and development of organizations in both private and public sectors. Effective communication ensures the flow of information, enhances collaboration, and aligns employees with strategic goals, reducing misunderstandings and boosting confidence. Feedback, as a two-way mechanism, promotes commitment and provides essential insights for optimizing processes. It informs decisions, fosters innovation, and enhances adaptability. This chapter presents the results of research conducted with the collaboration of Greek businesses and organizations. The study focused on the value of internal communication and feedback, aiming to develop reliable statistical data to support innovative management strategies. The methodology includes two parallel field surveys through questionnaires. One is about the private sector and the other about the public sector. Statistical analysis demonstrates that effective communication is essential for an organization's cohesion, flexibility, and performance, both in the private and public sector. The findings confirm that investing in internal communication and feedback boosts productivity, innovation, and adaptability. It provides practical guidelines for improving transparency, trust, and participation in decision-making for employees and citizens.
