Abstract

Valops actively participates in the ecological transition by supporting businesses and local authorities in implementing solutions to convert organic waste into clean energy. The logistical challenges associated with this activity are multifaceted. They require a comprehensive approach that combines not only efficient waste management but also the proper use of production tools (machines and technologies), effective collaboration with stakeholders upstream and downstream in the supply chain, and strict regulatory compliance. This case study explores several key logistical challenges that are essential to the viability of this business focused on organic waste-to-energy solutions.
