Abstract

Zusammenfassung Start-ups können Finanzierungen erhalten, ohne ihre Anteile zu verwässern. Dazu nutzen sie ihr Portfolio an geistigem Eigentum und immateriellen Vermögenswerten durch finanzierungsbasierte Modelle auf Basis von IP. Die Autorin schildert anhand ihrer eigenen Erfahrungen, wie finanzierungsbasierte Modelle auf Basis geistigen Eigentums funktionieren, welche Kosten und Vorteile sie mit sich bringen und wie sich Start-ups besser darauf vorbereiten können, diese Finanzierungsform zu erschließen.
