Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel integriert IP-Vermögenswerte in die Lean-Start-up-Methode und untersucht die Merkmale sowie die Abwägungen von Geschäftsgeheimnissen, Marken, Urheberrechten und Patenten im Kontext von Start-ups. Der Nutzen und der strategische Wert dieser IP-Vermögenswerte werden anhand des Seed-to-Maturity-Rahmens und des Minimum-Viable-Product-Entwicklungsprozesses analysiert. Das Kapitel mündet in konkrete Strategien zur Maximierung des Werts von „Lean-IP-Portfolios“.
