Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses einleitende Kapitel baut auf dem Thema des Managements geistigen Eigentums und dessen Bedeutung für den Erfolg innovativer Start-ups auf. Es werden bestehende Literatur, Trends und Entwicklungen auf dem Start-up Markt vorgestellt. Der Sammelband gliedert sich in sechs Teile, die den Perspektiven der wichtigsten Interessengruppen im Start-up Ökosystem entsprechen: der Perspektive des Start-ups, der Perspektive der Investoren, der Perspektive des Konzerns, der Perspektive der Universität, der Perspektive des globalen IP-Amts sowie der Perspektive von Beratern. Alle Kapitel werden in komprimierter Form eingeführt und es wird ein Überblick über die behandelten Themen, Fallstudien, Regionen und Branchen sowie über die Erkenntnisse und wichtigsten Ergebnisse aller Beiträge in dieser kompakten Zusammenstellung gegeben.
