Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel behandelt die Aspekte von Führung und Change Management bei der Einführung KI-gestützter Preisgestaltung. Es werden Strategien zur Gewinnung der Unterstützung von Stakeholdern, zur Überwindung von Widerständen und zur Sicherstellung einer ethischen Implementierung von KI untersucht. Das Kapitel stellt Rahmenwerke für die Integration von KI in Preisgestaltungsfunktionen vor, wobei Transparenz und Vertrauen gewahrt bleiben. Wichtige Fallstudien veranschaulichen bewährte Praktiken im Management von KI-Transformationsprozessen.
