Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel führt KI-gestützte Preisgestaltung als einen transformativen Ansatz in der Preisstrategie ein. Es wird aufgezeigt, wie KI die Entscheidungsfindung verbessern kann, indem sie über traditionelle reaktive Methoden hinausgeht und die Preisgestaltung proaktiv, vorausschauend und datenbasiert macht. Die Diskussion behandelt zentrale Treiber für die Einführung von KI, wie Fortschritte im maschinellen Lernen und die Anforderungen des Echtzeitmarktes. Das Kapitel geht zudem auf die menschliche Rolle in der Preisgestaltung ein und betont die Bedeutung der Integration von KI als Ermöglicher und nicht als Ersatz für Fachwissen.
