Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Buch ist in folgende Kapitel unterteilt: Kap. 2 behandelt alle für das Bankmanagement und die Steuerung relevanten Themen, insbesondere Strategie und das Risiko-Rendite-Management. In diesem Kapitel werden Geschäftsmodelle erörtert. In Kap. 3 werden die wirtschaftliche und politische Lage diskutiert; der regulatorische Rahmen sowie die Entwicklung der Philosophie innerhalb der Baseler Akkorde, insbesondere Basel III, werden vorgestellt. Die Kap. 4 – 6 befassen sich mit dem Kreditrisiko (Darlehen) und dem Kontrahentenrisiko (Derivate). Risiko- und renditerelevante Themen wie risikoadjustierte Bepreisung und die zugrunde liegenden Parameter werden erläutert. Risikomodelle werden vorgestellt. Kap. 7 behandelt das Marktrisiko, während Kap. 8 das operationelle Risiko behandelt. In Kap. 9 wird das Asset-Liability-Management behandelt.
