Abstract

The nature of today’s modern entrepreneurship is an adjusted specification based on innovative context, which differs from ancient fundamental policies and practices. The advancement of women into formal leadership roles has not kept up with other advancements that many, but not all, women worldwide have encountered. Women have always made a significant contribution to the world of entrepreneurship, whether it is through their artistic abilities or the implementation of novel business concepts using cutting-edge tactics and experimentation. They possess the capacity to forge their own identities and are more expressive, cautious, and respectful in conversation. Feminist thinkers regard feminism as somehow different from the mainstream—as innovative, inventive, and rebellious. This study introduces the prolific fortes of Indian women and emphasizes their power of cognizance, multidimensional personality, self-leadership, and entrepreneurial skills and management to integrate their effective prospects of the paramount ideals of Indian culture. It felicitates their bravery, morale, tenacity, and wisdom through commendable excerpts from literary works with influential addresses.
