Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel verbindet und verknüpft die in früheren Kapiteln dieses Buches vorgestellten Frameworks, um die Elemente einer Prozessperspektive auf Design und Entwicklung zusammenzufassen. Es diskutiert, wie die potenziellen Vorteile einer Prozessperspektive in der Praxis realisiert werden können, einschließlich einiger der Herausforderungen bei der Verwendung spezifischer Arten von Prozessmodellen, Theorien und Ansätzen in einer praktischen Umgebung sowie einiger der Herausforderungen, die sich aus der Art und Weise ergeben, wie Einzelpersonen und Organisationen Prozesse allgemein konzeptualisieren und verwalten. Das Kapitel führt dann ein Framework von Kompetenzen ein, die erforderlich sind, um einige dieser Herausforderungen zu überwinden und die Vorteile einer Prozessperspektive zu realisieren. Abschließend werden Bemerkungen zur Beendigung des Kapitels und des gesamten Buches gegeben.
