Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel werden die beiden deskriptiven Instrumente der Veränderungsmodi und der evolutionären Narrative verwendet, um die drei illustrativen Kapitel zusammenzufassen und zu vergleichen. Im ersten Abschnitt vergleicht dieses Kapitel die Arbeitsinstitutionen der drei Fälle, die drei spezifischen Muster des Wandels, die sie aufweisen, und die Rolle, die die drei zuvor im Buch identifizierten Kanäle des Wandels in diesen Mustern spielen. Außerdem wird Thelens Begriff der Veränderungsmodi verwendet, um die drei Muster anhand ihrer Kriterien zu vergleichen. Der zweite Abschnitt interpretiert die institutionellen Veränderungen auf nationaler Ebene als Teile des Weltsystems, vergleicht ihren Erfolg und nutzt diese Veränderungen, um die Grenzen der evolutionären Narrative im Fall von Institutionen auf nationaler Ebene aufzuzeigen.
