Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel bildet einen kurzen Abschluss des Buches und fasst es als Anwendung der systemischen Zyklustheorie in einem multitheoretischen Rahmen zusammen, der die Machtressourcentheorie, Pfadabhängigkeit und formale politische Kanäle umfasst. Die konzeptionelle Lücke, die diese Studie zu schließen versuchte, ist das Problem, mit dem die vorherrschenden vergleichenden Kapitalismusmodelle konfrontiert sind, die sich auf das Mikroökonomische, Idealtypische und Nationale konzentrieren und daher die relevanten Triebkräfte des Wandels nicht als endogen erklären können. Das zentrale methodische Manöver dieser Arbeit bestand darin, die Analyseeinheit auf die transnationale Ebene zu heben, um die vielen Triebkräfte des Wandels zu erfassen, die über die Grenzen eines Nationalstaates hinausgehen.
