Abstract

There is a growing body of research on green human resource management. However, in Latin America, there are very limited studies in this area. Thus, this chapter systematizes and integrates the Latin American literature on green human resource management. Furthermore, by establishing current gaps in the literature as it relates to Latin America, the study proposed an agenda for future research, thus bringing to the fore key areas of green human resource management that require exploration in Latin America.
