Abstract

In this book, we met with 20 past presidents of the Psychometric Society, who share memories of their career in psychometrics, elaborate on what drives them to do their research, and reflect on the practice and contributions of psychometric research. Though each of these interviews presents one unique perspective and can be read as a stand-alone chapter, when woven together, the interviews show how diverse this niche scientific discipline is.
