Abstract

Zusammenfassung Führungskräfteentwicklung geht weit über die Vorbereitung der Nachfolge an der Spitze hinaus. Sie ist eine kontinuierliche Schlüsselaufgabe fuer die Zukunftssicherung des Unternehmens. Gerade für Familienunternehmen, in denen Verantwortungsinhaber oft wesentlich länger im Amt bleiben, ist systematische Planung wichtig. In der Vorbereitung empfiehlt sich, unterschiedliche Bedarfsszenarien gedanklich durchzuspielen und beides, sowohl die Nachfrage als auch das Angebot an Führungskräften zu analysieren und aktiv zu gestalten.
