Abstract

Zusammenfassung Governance ist eines dergroßen Schlagworte im modernen Management. Es gibt viele Artikel, Berichte von Kommissionen und gesetzliche Bestimmungen, die das System der Governance in öffentlichen Unternehmen definieren. Im Bereich der Familienunternehmen besteht fast völlige Flexibilität bei der Gestaltung eines eigenen Governance-Konzepts, das den Bedürfnissen der Eigentümer und der Geschäftsführung entspricht. Es gibt eine ganze Reihe von Konzepten, die die verschiedenen Arten der Unternehmensführung in Familienunternehmen kategorisieren und spezifizieren. Hier versuchen wir, die gemeinsamen Merkmale aller Arten von Beratungsgremien im Familienunternehmen herauszuarbeiten. Zu diesem Zweck beschreiben wir die wesentlichen Themen, die typischerweise in den Diskussionen eines Gremiums von Zeit zu Zeit auftauchen.
