Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Gesamtzusammenhang der Unternehmensführung ist es die Aufgabe des hauptamtlichen Führungsteams, Ideen zu entwickeln, was zu tun ist. Die Geschäftsführer übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Analyse aller Faktoren, die für die Bewertung von Vorteilen und Risiken relevant sind. Welchen Beitrag können nun die externen Mitglieder eines Beirats leisten? Diese Frage bezieht sich auch auf den Vorsitzenden, wenn er oder sie extern ist oder als nicht-aktiver Gesellschafter nicht mehr voll in die Geschäftstätigkeit eingebunden ist.
