Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das fünfte Kapitel fasst die Schlüsselelemente aus den vorangegangenen Abschnitten in einer Diskussion, Hinweisen für zukünftige Forschung und einer allgemeinen Schlussfolgerung zusammen. Die Diskussion bietet dem Leser eine Reflektion der wichtigsten Erkenntnisse aus Kap. 4 mit einer Verbindung zur theoretischen Grundlage aus Kap. 2 . Die Hypothesen aus Abschn. 2.8 werden auf der Grundlage der Erkenntnisse aus den Fallstudien und weiterer Informationen aus anderen Forschungsquellen bewertet. In den Vorschlägen für künftige Forschungsarbeiten wird der Schwerpunkt auf Unternehmenseigentum und -führung gelegt, da sich diese Aspekte als eindeutige Bereiche für weitere Untersuchungen herausgestellt haben. Die abschließende Schlussfolgerung fasst die wichtigsten Erkenntnisse über die aktuelle Situation bewusster Unternehmenspraktiken in Deutschland zusammen und skizziert eine zukünftige Entwicklung des Konzepts.
