Abstract

Zusammenfassung Führung in unseren Zeiten ist sehr unterschiedlich von dem, was wir einmal dachten, dass es ist. Von Führungskräften wird heute erwartet, intuitiver zu sein. Auf einem Podest stehen und Handlungen verlangen, ist vorbei. Zuhören, Mitgefühl, Verbindungen und Reflexion sind die Wege, in denen wir am besten durchkommen, während wir ein Gefühl dafür haben, das Richtige zu tun. Die besten Führer sind jene, die Seite an Seite mit anderen arbeiten, wissend, dass dies geschätzt wird.
