Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel wird das entwickelte Modell des Säulentrios für Organisation und Leadership in disruptiven Zeiten in einer konkreten Fallstudie eines Unternehmens, das Hightech-Elektrokomponenten für Produktionsanlagen herstellt, gründlich getestet. Der Test ist erfolgreich und belegt die Dimension und konkrete Wirkung des Modells im Detail.
