Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Zweck dieses Artikels ist es, die psychologischen und soziologischen Bestandteile des Gefühls der Verbundenheit besser zu verstehen und herauszufinden, wie man Verbundenheit (im Original: „Connectivity“) in Zeiten volatiler Unternehmen, sich verändernder Ziele (im Original: „moving targets“) und sich wandelnder Organisationsformen erreichen kann. Er verknüpft die drei Säulen (im Original: „Three Pillars“) mit anerkannten Konzepten wie der Selbstwirksamkeitserwartung und der Flow-Erfahrung, dem Milieuansatz und dem Resonanzkonzept. Schließlich bietet es einen agilen Führungscheck und gibt Tipps für effektive Managementtechniken.
