Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieser Artikel fokussiert sich auf die komplexe Welt des Angel Investing und darauf, wie unser allgemeines Rahmenkonzept angewendet werden kann, um Angel Investing zu einer erfolgreichen/profitablen Aktivität zu machen. Er deckt den gesamten Rahmen von Angel Investing, den Umfang der damit verbundenen Aktivitäten, ihre Wirtschaftlichkeit und den dafür erforderlichen Aufwand ab. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt auf den Bewertungskriterien während der gesamten Lebensdauer einer Investition und Albertos persönlichen Erfahrungen und Erkenntnissen. Es ist ein Blick in eine erstaunliche Welt, in der solide Bewertungsfähigkeiten der Schlüssel sind. Alberto beschreibt einige Tools, die bereits verfügbar sind, um Engeln (im Original: „Angels“) zu helfen. Interessant ist, dass alle vorgefertigten Tools, auf die er gestoßen ist, darauf abzielen, zu prüfen, ob das Startup die Erfolgskriterien des Three Pillar Models (Drei-Säulen-Modells) erfüllt oder nicht.
