Abstract

The proptech industry is a fast developing area that is radically changing one of the most important sectors in all the developed countries’ real estate. Technology innovation is not expected to slow down in the following years, so the new players will also have a higher probability of being innovative in the future. The analysis provided in the book has pointed out the profile of proptech firms that mainly operate in the negotiation area, the real estate management, or the financing area. The differences are not only related to their business model but also the economic fundamentals of the corporation.
