Abstract

The driving force for me when starting and developing two new businesses in the educational space, Lorange Institute and Lorange Network was to find new ways to create high quality learning, in a more cost-effective way, by utilizing alternative administrative procedures as well as virtual technologies, that would be more scalable! The results, although still tentative, seem to be that it is possible to achieve high-quality ways of learning in more cost-effective ways. For instance, we were able to build the Lorange Institute to be exclusively drawing on professors from outside, from academia as well as from the business sector. At Lorange Network, we reached a membership count of more than 3300 over a period of 3 years.
