Abstract

While Hidden Champions can be found all over the world the German-speaking countries have by far the highest number of Hidden Champions per one million inhabitants, followed by Northern European countries like the Netherlands and the Scandinavian nations. Increasingly we find Hidden Champions in emerging markets, especially in China. The Hidden Champion strategies can be applied by any company, independent of the country of origin.
