Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wie alle Vertriebsprozesse wird sich auch das SAM in den nächsten Jahren neuen Herausforderungen und Chancen stellen. Diejenigen Unternehmen, die die für das SAM wesentlichen marktbestimmenden Trends am besten erkennen und in die Praxis der Gestaltung ihrer Kundenbeziehungen umsetzen können, werden die größten Differenzierungspotenziale und Wettbewerbsvorteile erschließen. In diesem Kapitel werden fünf Prognosen abgegeben, womit Unternehmen diesen Trends entsprechen können.
