Abstract

When we look back a few decades, adult education was the preserve of the universities, which enjoyed a virtual monopoly, similar to large companies like AT&T in the early 80 s, which controlled every aspect of telephony: from the phone itself, the line, service and international calls. But if you look at communication systems today, there are any number of players: Apple and Samsung lead the handset market, while long-distance calls are provided by Sprint and AT&T and others, and of course can be made via internet. Information and applications are provided by Google and other entities.
