Abstract

The authors give a compact overview of the well-known Scrum project framework and the situations in which this agile project approach can be used best. They share best practice and tools from project experience to avoid common mistakes and get your project running. Beyond that, the authors give a short insight into alternative agile methods and which conditions they are best suited to.
