Abstract

Relevance: In this article, the authors turn to the question of the need to create a communication platform in order to find and attract partners for industrial cooperation. They indicate that the creation of such conditions of production growth as industrial parks will become the key to stable socio-economic development. Therefore, the goal is to organize stable socio-economic development, improve working conditions, increase employment and the quality of life of residents using a differentiated approach to the distribution of productive forces. Methods: In the article used quantitative and qualitative methods. Research results: The main indicators of socio-economic development of industrial cooperation carried out to attract partners: scientific and industrial potential; balance, proportionality and complexity of socio-economic development; social partnership in the world of labor; stability of the conditions of investment activity during the entire period of the creation of infrastructure and the arrangement of the industrial park; deployment effectiveness of productive forces on the territory; maintaining and improving the quality of the environment. Conclusion: Analysis of interaction with investors determines that the implementation of investment proposals in the industrial sector is hampered by supply shortages in such areas as: contract manufacturing (performance of standard technological operations with tolling raw materials and according to customer technology); supply of components and means of production according to customer technological requirements; creation of joint ventures for the production of industrial products. As a result, the main emphasis is on promoting industrial cooperation, namely, partnership on creation of production chains and the need to launch a new communication platform. At the first stage, a database is formed on the availability of free capacities for performing specific technological operations and the supply of raw materials. At the next stage, it is planned to promote a consolidated proposal in investment circles along with proposals for sites, industrial parks, special economic zones and service companies.
