Abstract

Understanding the education system is of great importance for any manager as it determines recruitment strategies. The quality of institutions in education is also an important economic pillar and has a strong bearing on a country’s level of productivity, which in turn determines the nation’s competitiveness and growth in the end (Schwab 2019).
