Abstract

Zusammenfassung David Hilbert (1862–1943) war ein exzellenter Mathematiker, der auf vielen Gebieten der Mathematik und der Mathematischen Physik Hervorragendes geleistet hat. Er war auch einer der Wenigen, die über die Grundlagen ihres Faches intensiv nachgedacht haben. Dabei wurde er zum Wegbereiter mancher neuer Entwicklungen.
