Abstract

Jyoti Chopra is senior vice president and chief people, inclusion, and sustainability officer for MGM Resorts International. MGM Resorts is a global gaming, hospitality and entertainment company with locations on the Las Vegas Strip, across the United States, and in Macau, with over $8 billion in revenue for the last twelve months ending September 30, 2021. Jyoti is responsible for leading human resources and social impact and sustainability and overseeing the MGM Resorts Foundation. She oversees environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting and is responsible for directing enterprise-wide human and social capital initiatives and serves as a liaison to the board of directors’ corporate social responsibility and human capital and compensation committees.
