Abstract

This chapter covers some common problems that I’ve seen as I’ve worked with data teams all over the world. The solutions to the issues will vary. As a data team manager, you will need to figure out the true cause of your problem. This is the most challenging part of data team management. Your diagnosis will determine the success or failure of the project, and perhaps the data team as a whole.
