Abstract

The problems of solvability of transport equations have attracted the attention of many researchers (see the well-known papers by V.S. Vladimirov 1, T.A. Germogenova 2,3, V.I. Agoshkov 4,5 for stationary problems, and the papers by A. Douglis 6, Yu. Kuznetsov and S.F. Morozov 7 U.M. Sultangazin 8 V.M. Novikov and S.B. Shikhov 9, W. Greenberg, Van der Mee, and V. Protopopescu 10, and by the author 11 —for nonstationary problems).
